Plain terms for a small app.

Agreement
By downloading, installing or using FlexHub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your license
A FlexHub license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It lets you use FlexHub on as many Macs as you bought it for (1, 2 or 3, or more if agreed by email) for as long as you like. The license is personal to you or your organization: please don't share, resell or publish your key. Replacing a Mac? Email me and I will free up its activation.
FlexHub stays the property of its maker. You buy the right to use it, not the app itself, so please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it, except where the law lets you regardless.
Activation
Activating checks your key with Polar, and FlexHub checks it again once a day, as described in the privacy policy. A key that was refunded, charged back or shared in breach of these terms can be revoked, and FlexHub then locks on the Macs it was activated on.
Updates
Updates are published on GitHub and FlexHub checks for them once a day. They aren't guaranteed, and features may change or be removed over time. The version you bought keeps working with your key.
Payment and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record: it runs the checkout, charges any sales tax or VAT, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, explained in the refund policy.
No warranty
FlexHub moves, hides and closes windows and reopens apps and browser tabs for you. Save your work before you flex a snapshot. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the maker of FlexHub isn't liable for lost data, lost work or indirect damages from using the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Your rights
These terms add to, and never limit, any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
These terms may change as FlexHub does. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes never take away a license you already bought.
