If FlexHub isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason, though hearing what didn't work helps make FlexHub better.

How to ask

Email ngminhdung1311@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or license key if you have it handy. If something isn't working, you can ask for help first: that doesn't shorten your 14 days.

The refund goes back to your original payment method through Polar. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

After a refund

The license key is revoked, so FlexHub locks on every Mac it was activated on. Please stop using the app and delete it.

Your rights

This policy adds to, and never limits, any consumer rights you have under the law where you live, for example when software is faulty or not as described.
